Co-founder Coaching:
Being a co-founder is more than just a professional partnership; it’s a deeply invested relationship with shared stakes and, often different views, preferences, and priorities. Success or failure hinges on communication, open-mindedness, and flexibility.
I work with co-founders to cultivate these practices and promote harmony and adaptability within their partnership. This is especially critical during the early stages of a growing company, where decisions must be made quickly, often under immense pressure and with imperfect information. My coaching provides tools and strategies to help co-founders engage in hard conversations, evaluate ideas candidly, and collaborate to make sound, aligned decisions then act on them.
Together, we work on embracing discomfort, understanding how emotions influence decision-making, and learning to move past emotional roadblocks to make sound choices. My goal is to help co-founders develop the skills to stay aligned, even when confronted with differing perspectives, fostering a stronger and cohesive partnership.
